EMPI PREMIUM EXTRACTOR ONLY
EMPI's new premium extractors are made from 1 3/8" 16 gauge steel
with extra thick flanges. Tubes are mandrel bent to insure smooth
exhaust gas flow. All flanges are surface ground to ensure a flat
sealing surface and finish ground on I.D.'s. The 3-bolt muffler
flange is at the 1:00 position and will accept P/N 3200, 3201, 3202,
3204, 3205, 3122, 3123, 55-3122, 55-3123 mufflers and P/N
3696, 3697 stingers. Comes with high quality gaskets, stainless
steel bolts and copper nuts to resist corrosion. Fits 1300-1600cc
Type 1 based engines.

LOW MOUNT DUAL ZOOM W/CHROME MUFFLER

Zoom duals are designed for use in vehicles utilizing the stock heater boxes, such as Baja Bugs, Dune Buggies, etc. The racy zoom glass pack mufflers are beautifully chromed for that special look. The tubing size is 1 3/8". Was specifically designed to accommodate the kit car and full body dune buggy applications. Complete with all gaskets and hardware including sufficient hose for installations of heater pipes. Fits 63 and later models only.

EMPI SPARK ARRESTORS
Many off-road areas now require some form of a spark arrestor to limit the chance of
fires. EMPI now has a variety of spark arrestor assemblies to choose from. The 3" & 4"
disc kits are for clamp on or weld on installation. The 10" & 17" mufflers are Stainless
Steel outer shells with 4" discs for fine tuning of your exhaust restriction. All of the
assemblies come with long enough screws to add additional discs if your horsepower
needs dictate it. The 10" muffler is also available with & without a mounting bracket
so you can custom fit it to an existing exhaust system if you so choose.

OFF-ROAD COMPETITION EXHAUST SYSTEMS
Competition-Proven, these systems are designed for maximum horsepower and built
to take the punishment of off-road competition. Features a merged, spring-attached
collector and are available in 1 1/2" or 1 5/8" tubing. Choose Chrome, Black or Ceramic
Coated finish. Available with straight or U-bend stingers. Our Turbo Muffler Kit is sold
separately for street or controlled area use. Turbo Muffler Kit supplied with Collector.
All systems eliminate heater boxes. Fits 1300-1600cc Type 1 based engines.

COMPETITION MERGED EXHAUST SYSTEM

This is the exhaust system for the serious racer. A true merged exhaust. Four 1 5/8"
large diameter mandrel bent tubes are cut and fitted into a long merged collector.
Header features thick H.D. Flanges with ground flat gasket surfaces. All internal welds
are ground for true high flow performance. Includes an EMPI swivel flange racing
stinger. Use the hideaway muffler or PHAT Boy to get to & from the track. Eliminates
heater boxes. Type 1 only.

STINGER W/SWIVEL FLANGE CERAMIC

The EMPI designed Swivel Flange Stinger eliminates the guess-work. The stinger will rotate to any desired position until tightened. Available in chrome, black, stainless steel or ceramic coat finish. Fits most manufacturers Small 3 Bolt Flange systems. These stingers fit 3760, 3682, 3699 and 7320 exhaust. Baffle is easily installed and then removed for competition use.

Stainless Steel 2-Tip Exhaust System

Stainless Steel Exhaust System – Precision designed equal length runner exhaust system with 2 Chrome Baffled Tips delivering a more aggressive sound. Exhaust tips are engineered to exit the stock apron cut-outs for a clean look. Easy bolt-on fit and this exhaust has 3/8” thick flanges for a secure fit. Constructed of long-lasting 304 Stainless Steel and 1 3/8" S/S tubing. The polished muffler body is finished with a matching 304 Stainless Steel EMPI badge. This system comes with heat risers and allows proper clearance for fresh air hose routing.

Includes aluminum flex hose, riser gaskets and hardware.
